Sum It Up For Me

Sum It Up For Me – I, like you, have limited time and don’t always have time to hear or read the full story. I’m either rushing around or running around, so my extra time is precious. I love my friends, don’t get me wrong and I also like watching TV and reading a good book. However, I always find myself thinking or wishing for people to just sum it up for me.

My favorites list is so long that I often do not even want to scroll down it anymore. Like you, most all of my bookmarks, are sites I found interesting and simply added them to my favorites because I was on limited time.

Sum It Up For Me, offers you a more casual way of learning and doing things. We take the necessary time needed to research various topics in order to provide you with a summed up version of the most important aspects of the given topic that you need to know. Have you ever overheard or been in a conversation that seemed like it would never end?

A friend of mine called me one day and began to tell me a story about why he was late to work one day because of a flat tire. I asked, what happened, was it a nail that punctured the tire or did you hit a pothole? He began to tell me the story starting from the moment that he woke up that morning. A good 20 minutes went by and he still had not spoke about the tire, so suddenly I said hold on for a second, I have another call. I clicked over and about 20 seconds went by, and then I clicked back over. I then said to him, I have to go in a second and will call you later. I asked if he was ok and then I asked again, was it a nail or did you hit a pothole. He replied and said that he was ok, and had hit a pothole that he thought was just a puddle of water.

It’s not that I did not care about his extended version of the story. It is the fact that I too, have things that I also have to do and get done and sometimes, especially in that instance a summed up version of the events that took place would have worked perfectly for me.

That conversation gave me the idea for Sum It Up For Me. I had a few other names in mind but I chose SumItUpFor.Me because the name allows me to share information on various topics that I have learned about through schooling, work and life experiences.
